Spoke to me on phone as soon as heard about my situation, and {} me straight away.
When met, I was put at ease, good relationship built upon showing interest listening to me, effective communication given information and introducing me to all the help given to carers in my position, and given immediate appointment to therapy which will benefit me. I feel assured that I will be able to get through this.
